The fourth annual Habitat Hoedown, a family event, is scheduled for Thursday July 16, at The Dillard House restaurant from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm. A fantastic array of BBQ, side dishes and the special dessert table make this a feast worth attending!
Clogging dancers, a wonderful silent auction, and a special live auction during the dinner make the whole evening a very special affair. All proceeds directly benefit the building of a Habitat for Humanity Home in Rabun County. Tickets are $50 for adults and $20 for children. Jewelry Sale May 4
Mountain Lakes Medical Center Auxiliary-Volunteers welcomes everyone to the fundraising Jewelry Event, Monday, May 4, 2009, in the Lobby of Mountain Lakes Medical Center Hospital in Clayton, GA.
This gigantic sale of an amazing fashionable collection of magnificent costume jewelry features all jewelry at $5.00 or less! Hundreds of all types of quality jewelry will be presented by Phantasia Jewelry for purchase. The public is warmly invited.
The MLMC Auxiliary, a non-profit organization raises funds to purchase needed equipment for the Hospital. One of the current projects is to purchase wheel chairs for the Hospital. The Auxiliary also donates countless hours of free work in the hospital all to better serve Clayton, Rabun County and the surrounding communities.
The jewelry extravaganza runs from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm on Monday, May 4th. Credit cards. debit cards, check and cash are welcome.
